Purpose of Form:
To order the registrar to record this document under the traditional registry to enable an Application for Registration to be submitted
This form is an order by the Registrar General to the registrar in the registration district in which the parcel is situate to register a parcel in the land registration system upon receipt of the Application for Registration (AFR).
This form is used when the Registrar General is satisfied that a parcel should be brought under the operation of the Land Registration Act and that title to the parcel should be registered without a formal application and without complying with some or all of the requirements of the Act. The Form 32 is registered under the Registry Act to act as an enabling instrument for the registered interests on the AFR that will be submitted in relation to this parcel.
The Registrar General will issue the Form 32 when he has obtained such supporting information as he considers necessary before this order is issued.
