Guideline Form 26N

Purpose of Form:  

This form is used as a cover page to record any or all of the following non-enabling documents related to a Form 9 against one or more land titles parcels: Form 9, proof of service, written directives from the Registrar General’s office or other relevant documentation relating to Sections 10 or 25 of the Land Registration Administration Regulations.

 

Form 26N is required if an authorized lawyer has sent a notice of parcel registration in Form 9 as required in accordance with Sections 10 or 25 or has provided a directive waiving notice requirements.

 

The authorized lawyer is also required to also submit a copy of the Form 9, together with any written directions/directives from the RG and proof of service using Form 26N, together with proof of service in accordance with Section 30 (See Section 10 of the regulations for particulars and for exceptions to notice requirements in 10(10).
